Shipping policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
Processing Time: All items are custom-decorated on demand. Processing takes 10-15 business days from the next business day after payment is received.
How Processing Time Works:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday: Processing begins the next business day (Day 1)
- Orders placed Saturday-Sunday: Processing begins the following Monday (Day 1)
- Example: Order placed Monday → Processing starts Tuesday as Day 1 → Item ships between 10-15 business days from Tuesday
Important Notes:
- Processing time does NOT include shipping/transit time
- We do not hold inventory; all items are made to order
- Inquiries about custom orders do not start the processing clock—only confirmed payment does
- Processing begins only after full payment is received
Shipping:
- Default method: Ground shipping (allow 3-7 business days for transit after processing)
- Expedited shipping available upon request (contact us for rates)
- For orders with multiple items having different processing times, Skating Outfitters reserves the right to either ship items separately as they're completed or hold the entire order and ship together once all items are ready
Cancellations & Changes:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
- Once production has begun (after 24 hours), orders cannot be cancelled or modified
- To request a cancellation, email orders@skatingoutfitters.com with your order number
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Delays: While we strive to meet our stated timeframes, processing times are estimates and may be affected by supply chain issues, equipment problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
